This is a synthetic surgical glue based on cyanoacrylate with the addition of a monomer. It is biodegradable and impermeable to liquids. It seems to be more predictable and easier to use than hystoacryl (monomeric n-butyl-2-cyanoacrylate) with less likelyhood of catheter fixation....
