For fistula thrombectomy-
Check the potassium is within normal limits before starting and check post procedure as it can rise due to haemolysis.
Warn and expect transient bradycardia/ dyspnoea during angiojet when you have extablished flow. For this reason limit Angiojet activation to 10 second bursts.
