The Micro QUICKANCHOR is a miniature bone anchor for use in the hand, wrist, foot and ankle. Its use has been described in repairing Zone 1 flexor tendon injuries (Huq et al 2013) in which the authors described a low rate of complications. Brustein et al described better fixation in the distal phalanx for Micro Quickanchors compared with a mini anchor or pullout button technique.
