The Limb Preservation System from Depuy Synthes is a modular system for large segment replacement in bones following infection, multiple revision surgery, severe trauma or tumour resection. The system is compatible with the S-Rom, Noiles and MBT systems. The device can be assembled in 5mm increments. There are porous and cemented stem options. Instruments include a calcar/face planer.
