Excellent headless compression screw and for many the Gold standard. There are cheaper versions from other manufacturers and I suspect the Acutrak\'s day may have come with the likes of the ZimmerBiomet VPS which is cheaper and does the same thing as well. Other companies do go smaller than the Micro Acutrak too now. Still the go-to screw for hand surgery.
