Onyx great for AML as virtually no non target injury to Renal parenchyma - so important for the hereditary cases. I tend to use 18 or even less viscous as flow dynamics better to perculate into the AML.

Great result with renal AML embolisation after previous embolisations with PVA and coils.
I used 4.5 ml of Onyx 34 to devascularise what was left of this kidney. The patient has a renal transplant.
