This valve provides excellent flow with no leakage at extrememly high pressures. The valve is designed for passage of multiple wires and catheters in arterial work whilst allowing irrigation via a side-port. We have used it to great success in the vascular system and have now also used it during endourological procedures. Flexible ureteroscopes have a limited working channel requiring high pressure irrigation.
