Great use of device really easy kit to use.
15-30 balloon goes via 6 fr sheath. No need for large vessel closure. Kit has everything you need.
Used for emergency invasive placenta case with bleeding Intermittent inflation 10 min up /1 down . Wire screened to confirm position. First inflation screened with Fluoro, rest using physiological response ( rise in BP)
Effective occlusion with relatively low volume blood loss for a very difficult and high risk invasive placenta case.
Simplicity and good quality kit made case easier.
