The NEff set is very useful. Have a problem with the wire though, it has delicate tip and in certain acute angulations can prevent wire withdrawal due to a tendency to kink. The sudden transition from the stiff shaft to the soft tip is also a weakness if withdrawal is necessary

Thanks Shine 921, you are correct re the wire however some are more prone to this problem than others eg the old skater set wire was virtually immune to this, sadly this wire has now been changed and the new one is not as good.

Very good reliable ste. You can puncture without holding the chiba needle hub on the top. Slides easily into the cavity.
Just a comment ... Dr gerardgoh ... care should be taken not to pull the 0.018 mandril guide wire out while the needle is still inside... this is a rule for all needle/wire devices

Easy to use kit with everything needed included in the packaging. Care should be taken when retracting the microguide wire as the micropuncture needle can dissect the wire.
