Venous in stent application - worked well to clear a few week old thrombus from within a venous stented Iliac. Good clearance. Need to ensure the appropriate sheath can 'follow' to allow infusate - or will over heat/stick/resist. Permitted good clearance. Techniques to avoid just the creation of a channel worked well.
