This case report describes the use of this device for the placement of a CoreValve using a transfemoral approach in a patient with challenging arterial anatomy.

This paper describes a series of 6 patients in whom this device was used to aid femoral access following failed access with standard Edwards sheaths. These patients had tortuous calcified vessels.
