Mixed results - the smaller devices (MVP 3Q and 5Q) have worked well for me. I had the largest size (9Q) migrate from the proximal to mid splenic artery.
Also be wary of oversizing - I slightly oversized in another splenic artery and there was no occlusion, had to back up with coils. Explanation from company rep was the plug could not expand fully so likely had a corrugated outer contour allowing flow past.
