The Instrumented Bone Preserving Elbow System (IBP) from Biomet is an anatomic, unconstrained elbow replacement which resurfaces the humero-ulnar joint. The IBP is the sixth iteration of the Kudo elbow replacement. The humeral component is cobalt-chrome and the ulnar component is made of titanium. The articulation is Arcom® polyethylene.
