This video demonstrates our technique for left varicocoele embolisation.

The patient was 24yrs old and had a large painful varicocoele.

We generally use long Spirale coils (Balt) 8x300mm or 10x400mm. Usually one coil is sufficient.

We occasionally use microcoils if access is difficult.

impressive as a whole website. It can be done by laser/RFA as we do for varicose vein

A nice video that is easy to follow. Do you check that there are no collateral venous channels or is this less important when using coils than when using liquids? How about a video of Jugular vein puncture?
