Type 2R face mask. The molding metal part on the nose piece seems very short and so is hard to make to conform to your face to prevent glasses misting up.

Tiger medical products Type 2R surgical face mask

This is a type 2R surgical face mask with elasticated ear loops to hold it in place. It fits quite well if you bend the nose strip but the ear loops do not have enough tension to hold it well in place. These now seem to cost $49.95 for a box of 50 which is very expensive !!
