The Smith and Nephew Endobutton CL BTB fixation system is designed for bone-patellar tendon-bone reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament. It comes in a range of sizes from 20 to 60mm in length. The Endobutton anchors in the cortex of the femur and the graft is then tensioned and an interference fit obtained in the tibial cortex.
