The NJR for England and Wales has published PROMS (Patient Reported Outcomes) after knee replacement. The National project looked for factors which might influence PROMS, and found that implant brand and hospital type were important, although modest, factors associated with improved outcomes. The NexGen knee was associated with the greatest positive change in Oxford Knee Scores and Euroqol-5D outcomes, followed by the PFC, Genesis II, AGC and Triathlon knees.
