This seems to provide a good seal for many face shapes with a soft almost rubberised contact rim around the mask. It is valved so makes exhalation easier. Fit Testing essential.

This is one of many mask made by this large manufacturer. Their mask specifications on their website use the US N95/N99 system but this one is labelled FFP3 which is N99 equivalent.
