The ADD and ADDplus cervicothoracic distractible cages provide a solution for anterior cervical and multi-approach thoracic vertebral body replacement.
According to the manufacturer, the ADDplus is a cervical cage and plate design for high primary implant stability and shorter procedure time. The ADD cage is a cervicothoracic VBR available in a wide range of sizes and from all possible approaches.
Apparently, both implants have large continuously distractible height ratios allowing full profile restoration. They are available in a single hybrid instrumentation set covering all approaches and sizes required from upper cervical to lower thoracic spine corpectomy.
