Straight forward fistuloplasty, but unfortunately the vein ruptured. This did not resolve with controlled balloon inflation and there was evidence of expanding haematoma. This can be seen by the compressed surrounding vein. I deployed an 8mmx60mm Fluency stent graft across the leak which resolved it immediately. I would have given it a 5 star rating if it went through a smaller sheath. A 9F sheath was needed.
