For me this is ideal as an anaesthetic room ventilator, paired with a Primus or, if you have the funds, a Zeus in theatre. I work in a tertiary referral centre with major complex surgery going ahead in most theatres. As such we prefer the big-brothers of this machine for the long haul cases. Fairly intuitive to use especially for those used to Drager kit in ITU. Relatively compact in the tight confines of the average anaesthetic room too.
