Reasonably straightforward to mix and handle - can take some firm pressure to extrude through the narrower needle, but the syringe allows you to screw home the plunger and get some more content out. There is an osteolysis kit around which is designed to put pro-dense behind a well fixed acetabular shell - this has curved needles which might be helpful in other applications.
