Used the Ngage basket through a 5f Cobra catheter under xray guidance to reach a lower calyceal stone that the flexible ureteroscope couldn't reach. Managed to grasp the stone and pull it back through the ureteral access sheath easily. The basket was barely visible on screening.
Care needs to be taken with the Ngage as sometimes it is possible to invert it. It then needs to be removed and re-shaped.
