Great bit of kit. You can biopsy the stricture through the sheath leaving the 035 wire in situ across the lesion. This is better than how we have previously biopsied with ureteric Piranha forceps. Weve just audited our results with these forceps and get more than double the number of diagnostic biopsies compared with brushings.
