Complete ureter religning with 3 uventa stents. Invasion by retroperitoneal tumour. This allowed the patient to remain PCN free. Initially needed a 0.018 wire to cross the strictures as an 0.035 would not pass!

Easy to deploy and doesn\'t jump forward. Good option for malignant ureteric obstruction.
