Description

From Which Medical Device

FLEXISEQ is a drug-free gel which is applied to the skin around an osteoarthritic joint. It contains phospholipid spheres which are hydrophilic. When applied to the skin the particles migrate to the joint where they create a thin film of lubricating phospholipids on the damaged joint surface. The gel is considered to be a medical device rather than a pharmaceutical.
