This 0.018 inch wire is useful to use instead of the standard wire that comes with some Progreat micro catheters. I personally am not keen on the standard Progreat wire as it has a fixed torque device which can make it awkward to handle when also trying to control the larger catheter it is inserted through.
This wire seems to track better and will often get you into small elusive side branches using the double angled version.
