I use this catheter all the time, whether it be for fibroid embolisation (a 4Fr C2 glide is my go to shape) GI bleed embolisation (it will get to the GDA without the need for a microcatheter) or plain old lower limb angioplasty etc.. It seems to track very well through subintimal dissections, and is a fantastic bit of kit.
