FDA Approves Spinal Implant Devices

The Orange County Business Journal reports that medical device manufacturer, VertiFlex, has received FDA clearance on two spinal implant devices. The company produces less-invasive medical devices for treating a range of spinal diseases. 
 
The devices are the Univise Spinous Process Fixation device and the Totalis Direct Decompression device which have been designed to assist surgeons performing lumbar spine decompressions.
