Massdevice reports that Mercator MedSystems' Cricket and Bullfrog micro-infusion catheters, designed for the treatment of peripheral artery disease, have gained the CE Mark.

The circulatory condition sees the build-up of plaque in the arteries resulting in reduced blood flow to extremities. The devices enable the injection of therapeutic agents through blood vessel walls into deep tissues. The catheters already have FDA clearance.
