This video demonstrates my technique for renal RF ablation. The lesion treated was a 2.5cm RCC proven on biopsy results post procedure. The equipment used is Covidien Cooltip RF system which uses a closed circuit fluid cooled RF electrode. Remember that grounding pads must be placed on the patients legs prior to ablation. This is not shown in the video.
