Video demonstrating the insertion of a Bard PowerPort for chemotherapy.

Ports are rapidly becoming the method of choice for venous access for chemotherapy. This type of port is pump injectable meaning that patients can have contrast injected for imaging studies (CT) through a powered pump without the risk of line/port failure.

Nice video. Put in a few of these myself. Pretty straight forward as long as you cut the line the correct length.
