This video demonstrates a technique for inserting a plastic double 'J' or pigtail stent via a nephrostomy. The nephrostomy has been performed using a Neff set and at this point both a 0.018 safety wire and 0.035 Bentson wire are in situ.

I have to put my arms around the intensifier as its very difficult to work from the other side in this IR room.
