This short video from CIRSE 2010 shows the Merit representative demonstrating how to use the slip-Not device to aid purse-string suture closure of fistula access post dialysis. The idea is that you use the special large lumen sheaths for your fistula intervention (plasty/thrombectomy etc). Then you place your suture with the slip-not device. The patient goes for dialysis and the device can be used to close the suture securely post dilaysis when the sheaths are removed. A neat and simple idea.
