This large renal arterio venous fistula (AVF) was an incidental finding on CT performed for haematuria.

The video shows occlusion of the fistula using an Amplatzer vascular plug 4.

The plug was deployed through a 4F cobra and 5F Terumo destination sheath. 

Flow was occluded after 3 minutes.
