Care should be taken when the drill holes get near 8 mm in diameter to avoid slippage of button into the tunnel. Accurate measurement of tunnel depth is essential.
During passage into the tunnel, it would be useful to hold all four threads using one clip at the end - with their lengths adjusted to deliver the button outside the tunnel, just over the cortex. Release the clip, separate the white and green threads and one toggle is sufficient.
Care should be taken not to feed the loop out of cortex. If it happens, it may not be deliverable back into the tunnel, as it could bunch up on the outer cortex.
