Excellent device for negative pressure wound therapy. Tips: protect arteries and bone with Mepitel, use skin clips to attach the top edge of the granufoam to the inner aspect of the wound edge (not on top of the skin). That will make applying the clear film much easier. Start at one corner and start clipping. Cut the foam as you go to get the right shape then when you add negative pressure it will suck down and conform to the correct shape. Other tip is to learn how to \"bridge\". KCI website or local rep can help with this.
