Used several of these. Excellent 4F delivery, good opacity and good final result. I suspect evidence for SFA use with this stent will be good when published. This case was a quite distal chronic calcified SFA occlusion so I used a short 4cm stent, but probably would have been better with 6cm to cover the proximal plaque also.
The lesion was crossed with an Asahi Astato 30 wire (weighted tip CTO wire) which seemed to perform very well. A 6mmx6cm 4F Paseo-18 balloon was used to finish dilatation.
