Very easy to use. I like that the proximal end is screwed into the cuboid bone. This adds to the stabilization of the procedure.

Good day,
I have been using this device for the last year now, It is a suberb product that helps me do the following:
1- Maintain my First MEtatarsal Length.
2- Allow me to correct in all planes of the deformity.
3- have a big surface area for plate-bone contact ratio.
4- have 3.0 locking screws and plate.
5- Have many wedge sizes to work with
6- even have one plate with no wedge on it to help me use it with other techniques like a calcaneal osteotomy or repair.
7- it is one of the few plates that have 6 screws avaialbe for that task at hand.
8- the kit is comapact and easy to manage in surgery and does not require too much space on the back table.
9- learning curve is fast with the video and the educational material that the company provides.
10- the stability of this plate allowed me to get my patients up and moving on their feet with a cam boot in one week post op.
