The LEXA(R) monobloc knee replacement is a rotating hinge knee replacement indicated for complex primary or revision knee replacement. The system appears straightforward with three size options for the femur and tibia, all of which are compatible with each other. Tibial and femoral wedges are available. The device is manufactured from cobalt-chrome alloy, with UHMWPE bearing surfaces.
