This is a case report of the transcatheter injection of thrombin to occlude a profunda pseudoaneurysm.

A series of 13 pseudoaneurysms treated with percutaneous thrombin injection whilst the neck was occluded with an aneurysm balloon. Later studies have shown that the balloon is not required.
