The 11th Annual NJR report contains data relating to 1.6 million arthroplasty procedures.

In a review of NJR data, the authors demonstrated wide variation in patellar resurfacing by implant, but could not demonstrate a benefit for patellar resurfacing.

The authors showed no difference in outcomes or patellar tilt between knees with a built in 3 degree external rotation (Genesis II) and one in which the external rotation was determined by bone cutting (Nexgen LPS). Free text link.
